Hasil operasi pelk Byson…..bikin tepuk jidat tenan!!!

Masih ingat insiden yang IWB alami beberapa minggu lalu brosis?. Setelah menghantam jebakan batman didaerah UI Depok, bibir pelk jontor dan IWB terpaksa membawanya ketukang pres pelk. Kondisi yang lumayan parah membuat simekanik kudu melakukan operasi hingga tunggangan kini sudah jauh lebih baik. Sayang…..banyak yang dikorbankan untuk membuatnya normal kembali. Salah satunya…..cat yang terkelupas disana-sini jian bikin tepuk jidat tenan!!!….

Secara keseluruhan, buah karya siabang tukang pelk untuk mengembalikan posisi hingga nyaris 98% patut IWB kasih jempol. Walau terdapat bekas pukulan atau getokan….bentuknya kini bulat seperti awal. Memang sebelumnya IWB sudah mendapatkan pencerahan jika pelk orisinil sangat besar kans-nya kembali normal. Bahan yang alot dan lentur membantu proses perbaikan. Terus gimana ketika ditunggangi??. Tidak ditemui gejala keanehan. Digeber pada kecepatan tinggi tetap anteng serta stabil. Sayang kepuasan hasil tidak dibarengi kerapihan pengerjaan. Nyaris semua bibir pelk cat terkelupas nggak karu-karuan. Bahkan yang IWB heran, lokasi pelk yang tidak jontorpun juga rontok tanpa ampun. So….hampir seluruh bibir pelk ternoda….cat meranggas bak daun berguguran. Oalahhhh…….

Si-abang jelas tidak berusaha meminimize rontoknya cat pada tubuh si-pelk. Pola kerusakan yang melesak kedalam memang mengharuskan siabang melakukan teknik “getok” bukan pres seperti yang kita harapkan. ” Kalau pres buat pelk yang peyang doang bang..” terangnya. Yo wis…karena sudah terlalu capek dan takut terjadi bocor alus….IWB setuju serta langsung membayar sesuai nominal yang diinginkan. Uang 110 ribu rupiah disertai sebuah pesan khusus dari IWB..” usahain jangan banyak yang ngelotok yang bang catnya, dikasih pelapis kain juga boleh…” seru IWB. Sayang…..hanya anggukan yang dipertontonkan tanpa tindak lanjut signifikan. Makanya ketika motor diserahkan, IWB cuma bisa doweh….domblong….ngowoh…shock melihat  raut muka pelk yang madul-madul. Yah, tidak ada pilihan lain. Mau protes juga percuma. Toh sudah untung pelk bisa normal kembali tanpa harus beli baru….

IWB cari akal. Segera ngacir ketoko cat guna menebus Pylox warna item. Tidak sudi repot bongkar pasang pelk, aksi semprot langsung dijalankan. Ala kadarnya aja brosis…..yang penting noda-noda putih hilang. Dan hasilnya?? not so bad!! :mrgreen: . Panu-panu membandel digasak habis!!. Secara keseluruhan…penampilan pelk ENKEI bawaan sikebo ganteng kembali. Kecuali didekatin lho yah. Soalnya jika diperhatikan….bekas getokan pada pelk terlihat jelas…. plenang-plenong bak tangga berundak. Last…atas pengalaman yang terjadi, IWB sekarang melakukan konsentrasi dua arah jika melaju dijalanan Jabodetabek. View lurus kedepan dan kebawah. Kedepan melihat pengendara lain…kebawah mengantipasi lubang aspal. Berat memang…tapi inilah Indonesia brosis. (iwb)

  27. Saya selalu siap cat hitam di rumah Mas Bro, untuk nyiapi pelg Beat dan Vartech kalau selesai dioperasi tukang tambal ban yang gak pakai kira-kira. Ya itu tadi, yag penting secara sekilas tidak tampak panunya.

  29. dicat khusus cat open saja bro iwb. . opennya pakai sinar matahari… xixixi…. saya ngecat ketukang cat open sinar matahari cuma abis 150 rb untuk ngecat body samping plus body tengah (kalau pelk mungkin kisaran 50rb saja) hasilnya sama seperti cat pabrikan…. sampai orang ngira motor saya bukan byson… tapi fz 16 cbu. .. xixixi

    dapet pengalalman di temen yg profesina tukang cet.
    caranya itu ban dilepas n dikempesin dulu.
    trus pasti ada celah antara ban n pelek.
    selipin kardus / kertas / semacamnya (fungsinya buat ngalangin pilok biar ga kena ban).
    selipin secara keseluruhan (kiri dulu yrus kanan ato sebaliknya).
    mo lebih sempurna lagi, sebelum di cet diamplas dulu panunya biar bagiannya jd rata.
    dijamin hasilnya ga mngecewakan.

    menurut ilmu yang saya dapat, tuh material pelk sudah pernah mengalami strezz melewati batas elastis atau sudah sampai di area plastis nya, tandanya kalo strez di area plastis, bentuk material tidak kembali seperti semula, bisa peyang, jontor, dll
    pastinya durabilitynya pasti sudah drop…
    mending beli baru bang…
    ato bisa juga diklaim, sapa tau dapat…hehe

  67. sing penting pelk ke wis apik maning mas iwan. ana jg dulu pernah pelk jd korban tukang tambal ban. berdasarkan pengalaman sih ckup modal pilok bening(pernis)+pilok item+amplas 600. caranya tu pelk cuci z dlu. klo udah pake lapisan pertama pilok bening, biarkan mengering. ntar klo udah kering di amplas ngambang z pake amplas 600. klo udah selesai lapisan kedua pake pilok item. pelk ana z dengan cara gitu bisa awet itemnya+g nglentek2 n cakep lg hasilnya jg (tentunya jngan kne pahat tambal ban lgi hehe) hampir 2 tahun mas. modalnya cuma skitar 50rb+kringat+usaha keras bongkar pasang ban yang berat xixixixix

Sama mas iwan,…supraku masuk lobang dalam 90kpj,,,karna lobangya dalem lebar,ga bisa dihindari,kuangkat ban depan biar ga terlalu mentok pas ngantemnya,tapi na’as bagi ban blakang,ban langsung soak velg mbelesek,….kubawa ke tukang pres,,,,emang sih normal lagi,tapi bekas palu nya yg bikin ga nahan,cat juga pada ngelupas,….tapi maw gimana lagi,….huhh

  86. mas iwb..ane saranin klo mau cat ulang..jngan mau d kasih cat oplosan abal2 (nippe dkk)..yx standar tuh galaxy/autoglow,dan shikken kalo mau jos pke dupont paint..kalo buat velg blkang mh blending(clear/pernis)Nya harus yx bagus biar ga ngelotok ato pudar..saran ane pke blending 3050s ato 7600sx merk dupont..

  89. kalau didepok ya kurang paham saya… paling mudahnya kalau mas iwan punya kenalan penjual motor bekas pasti ngerti deh ngecetnya dimana… tukang cetnya biasanya cuma mengandalkan sinar matahari… tapi catnya deko… jadi bagus… Lha wong saya ngecat silver mengkilap saja bisa Koq… tampang seperti asli cat pabrikan…

    wow….ini penerapan ilmu yg keliru dalam keseharian. Terlalu cerdas itu gak baek dan gak sehat yah….berakibat paranoia dan pemborosan yg tidak perlu.
    Sekalian aja yah diterapin di mtr2 hendi yg sasis mencong yah, diganti krn gak safety. Juga banyak hal lain yg membuat mtr hendi jadi tidak lurus lagi hatinya eh.,..hidupnya.

  115. kemungkinan vlgnya selain di ketok juga dipanasin pake las asetelin mas iwb,secara tukang velg disini (cibinong)yg model pake ketok pake kayu nangka juga di panasin dulu pake las karbit kusus yg velg cw,klo vlg jari2 diketok aja dah bisa,sebaiknya kemaren setelah kejadian velg kena jebakan betmen,mas iwan segera coba lakukan klaim ke beres yamaha n diringi komplen ke bag costumer service yamaha,pasti velg diganti baru kayaknya,hehe,secara mas iwb kan BLOGER TERKENAL,pabrikan pasti keder,saya beberapa kali liat keadaan motor setelah tabrakan parah di beres honda cibinong jl my oking,yg pertama megapro lama,rangka sampe bengkok,segitiga,as sok,tapi vlg ga ada satupun yg bengkok,walau tep dipres biar pasti ok,yg kedua cbr 150,tabrakan adu domba ma truk katanya pas kecepatan sangat tinggi,di daerah holcim ,g putri.rangka ga pa2,vlg ga pa2,segitiga aga bengkok,yg parah lagi as sok dua2nya patah POTOL,saking kerasnya benturan padahal bahan as sok kan besi baja,velgnya ga ada yg peyang menonjol lo,klo mau cek motor masih ngangkrak di ahass 1989 bintang niaga jaya,cibinong,so klo kemren mas iwb coba klaim ke yamaha kyknya yamaha bakal ganti baru deh,soalnya pengalaman ane pake belalang tempur,pas di pemda cibinong lari sekitar 60 kpj,kena lobang ketutup air cukup dalam (kira2 dalamnya 15 cm lebar 30 cm)hampir mental untung masih kontrol,ga jatuh n vlg ga pa2,sama sekali ga peyang(n ga lama teman kena juga kyknya menurut cerita jebakan di tempat sama pake ninja 150 rr,n hasilnya harus pres vlg,mungkin dia lebih kencang kali),sori bukanya mau mbagus2sin velg kompetitor mrk y,itu semua pengalaman pribadi,

  116. tapi saya tep salut ma mas iwb,secara ketika tunggangan barunya bermaslah ga lgsg dgn kata lain memanfaatkan keuntungan sebagai bloger papan atas,padahal ya itu tadi klo masalah ini ga di publikasikan n mas iwb lgsg minta klaim aja pasti diganti baru tuh vlg bahkan ama bannya juga kali,hehe,karena ane beberapa kali dnger dari temen2 di beres,klo ada oknum wartawan yg kedapatan motornya bermasalh n masih baru,padahl masalh tsbt wajar(mengingat usia pake./kmnya)misal gearset aus trus ga diganti2 rante lepas,n minta klaim(km dah di ats 10 rb,padahal gearset kan ga digaransi),ada juga katanya motor goyang padahl di cek ya sebenarnya masih wajar2 aja,n akirnya juga diganti ban vlg,sok depan blk semua,baru lagi,padahl kmnya juga dah lumayan sekitar 11 ribuan,kan garansi rangka 1 tahun /10 rb km kan,mungkin pabrikan dah males duluan urusan ma wartawan yg kritis takut di tulis di koranya kali ya.hehe sekali lagi satu kata buat mas iwb salut ai,

  118. Motor saya mio tahun 2009 sudah 6blan pake velg axio spider palang 16,,tp kmren2 ngadadak d bagian batang bawah retak,,trz pinggir.a penyok sdikit retak. Minta solusi.a lbih baik d las dlu apa d pres dlu biar bisa d gunkan lagi??? Mohon bantuan,a gan
